Parlour Group Management have been closely monitoring the situation and are staying abreast of the official health and workplace advice provided by the Australian Department of Health and NSW Heal...th. We will continue to adhere to our strict health and hygiene policies and we will take extra precautions to ensure a safe environment for all our diners and staff. As a business, we will continue to remain focused on delivering an exceptional guest experience through our three pillars Service, Product and Atmosphere. 20.01.2022 Meet our skilled seafood Master... Head Chef of @rileystgarage, Ashish Karki. Originally from Kathmandu, Nepal, Ash's foray into cooking was back in 2007 for Toko in Surry Hills, followed by the iconic Flying Fish in Pyrmont. We're lucky he made the move to our Parlour Group shores in 2018 and always love seeing his energy behind the scenes in our flagship kitchen.
