16.01.2022 YOUNG PARENTS GROUP IS BACK FOR TERM 3!! BUT it's a little different - we are having alternating weeks of face-to-face at PHFS and then the other weeks via ZOOM (so you can stay at home for those weeks)! These changes follow NSW Health COVID-19 guidelines, so we can maintain safety for everyone who attends the service. ... Everyone who attends the centre will be asked relevant screening questions, have their temperature taken and will follow displayed hygiene/social distancing practices. 15.01.2022 It's Dental Health Week (3-9 August 2020) across Australia! This video is a fun reminder about the importance of flossing, but here are some more helpful tips given by the Australian Dental Association to ensure we can keep our teeth nice and healthy: 1. Drink lots of lots of water - there are lots of health benefits to this, but Australian also includes fluoride which is a great help for tooth decay.... 2. Limit your sugar intake - sugar erodes our tooth enamel and makes our teeth soft. 3. Brush two times a day with fluoride toothpaste. 4. Floss regularly. 5.
