17.01.2022 There is a variety of Lemon scented gum that only grows in "Bolivia" Northern New Sount Wales. The pure essence is used to flavor one of our varieties of Moonshine called Gum Tea Moonshine.

15.01.2022 Have you heard about white whiskey also known as "Moonshine?" Well we're about to start manufacturing and selling Longhorn Moonshine made right here in the New England Area of Australia. Using pure water from a bubbling spring in a secret location in the granite belt filtered over thousands of years to be one of the purist waters in the world. The Moonshine is made from receipes "stolen" from bootleggers from the deep south of America. Authenic Moonshire whiskey with Australian flavors added to the range.

05.01.2022 OMGMGMG... We stopped in at The Longhorn Bar & Grill in Deepwater (between Tenterfield and Glen Innes) for some tucker. Lynn and Andrew Osborne (that's them loo...king real pretty) took over the burnt-out hotel (check out the third pic) in the 307-person town about six years ago and have turned it into a fab place to eat, meet and stay. They encourage you to stop-over out back. There's heaps of room for the biggest of rigs and are dog friendly. There's also a great beer garden, cozy internal spaces, a themed bar (in fact, even the toilets are themed) and a warm welcome.
