17.01.2022 Partridge Structural and Partridge Remedial were involved in the major conversion of an existing heritage building in Rosebery, the 1918 Wrigleys Gum factory. The existing concrete framed building was developed into an apartment building, and the existing concrete roof was transformed into a useable roof terrace space for the residents. A beautiful outcome with new voids in existing slabs, exposed high concrete ceilings, elegant mushroom capital columns and abundant light.... The 5-level development features three levels of commercial office space, within the existing heritage structure and includes ground floor provisions for potential future retail/hospitality uses.
