16.01.2022 Covid 19 update Here at Party Central Rose Bay we understand the concerns that our customers may have visiting our store. We want like to advise you of some of the precautions that we are taking to provide you with reassurance when you visit our store. Weve had the store professionally cleaned.... We have hand sanitisers for our customers and we request you please take advantage of it before and after touching products. We have changed our policies for home deliveries and have developed a drop and run process. This negates the need for potential close contact with our delivery driver. Cancellations: Please note that due to a recent number of last minute cancellations we have had to introduce a new policy. In order to minimise store costs due to cancellations we will not be processing payment until 48 hours before the order is due. At this time you will be contacted to confirm your order and payment taken. After that, should you need to cancel, a $5 charge will apply to cover admin fees. For cancellations on the day, a refund may not be possible. We hope you understand why we have had to make the changes to our cancellation policy. We hope that this does not deter you. Should you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to discuss them with Tamara who will do her best to address them.
