25.01.2022 This Sunday! Catch @dj_madamebutterfly spinning for the Party Merchants DJ competition finals Music has had a huge influence on my life. My parents were singers when I was growing up and I learnt classical piano, singing and dance. ... Ive been around dance music for almost 20yrs. Its always had a firm place in my heart and the dance floor has not only been my weekly gym workouts, but therapy sessions, date nights, me time, girl hangs and all things in between. Its never been about whats cool right now, or wheres good to be seen hanging out so I can get the best selfie - Ive always been about the music. If I like the tunes - I can happily dance like a demon and have no problem dancing by myself :)

Its about memories good and bad and about being able to change moods just by listening to music. Recently or even just last week I competed in the Your Shot tournament as a wild card and to be honest I know personally I'm just starting my musical adventure.... I've been in the scene of music or dance scene since around 14. Now im 31 so music has been the only continuous daily weekly and yearly thing ive maintained :) Music is an amazing part of my life. Thats what it means to me I guess. Mix is almost ready and uploaded.. I did just kinda whip this up today but hey I'm keen to hear what you think

03.01.2022 Petrichor https://soundcloud.com/petrichor_music17 Petrichor (Zac Triantafilis) draws inspiration from the likes of Guy J, Black Coffee and Yotto to encapsulate the sound of progressive and tribal house.... Some of his highlights include playing at Your Shot 2018 and usyd's stay tuned festival. He looks to begin production in the later half of 2019 and further expand his musical horizons. My name is Zac Triantafilis (my Dj name is petrichor). I have been playing progressive and tech house for 18 months now and id really like to take the next step into the club scene in sydney. Last year i was lucky enough to participate in your shot and play at Usyds deep house festival Stay Tuned. My favourite dj is Finnish progressive maestro Yotto, and my favourite sound right now is a melodic and percussive tribal progression.
