25.01.2022 Hill Farm Dog Park Villawood Properties wishes to advise that council have now formally accepted Hill Farm Park where maintenance will now be transferred to Casey Council and that the Dog Park is now open. Thanks again for your patience during the closure period.

23.01.2022 Hill Farm Park - Rejuvenation Works UPDATE Just a quick update in regard to recent rejuvenation works and seed establishment within Hill Farm Park including the Dog Park. Unfortunately due to ongoing rain and resulting mud grassed areas within Hill Farm Park as well as the dog park will have to remain closed until the end of June to ensure effective grass re-establishment. As such we ask that users of the park continue not to enter the dog enclosure and stick to walking on ...paths during this period. Access to the BBQ and play area will remain unaffected. 16.01.2022 Hill Farm Park - rejuvenation works Villawood Properties wishes to advise that the Dog Park within Hill Farm Park, Pasadena will be closed temporarily to permit rejuvenation works and seed establishment of the grassed area. Works have already be undertaken and the dog park will be closed until early June to allow time for re-establishment of the grass. The grassed areas within Hill Farm Park have also been re-seeded and we would ask that users of the park restrict walking t...o the paths during this period. 13.01.2022 Hill Farm Park and Dog Park - UPDATE Just a quick update in regard to the ongoing closure of the Dog Park within Hill Farm Park where we are pleased to announce that the Dog Park will be re-open again for the spring and so gates will be unlocked this weekend being the 3rd of September, As the grass is still establishing and the surface remains damp we ask that you take care when using and playing on the new surface avoiding any activities which may damage the grass.... Thanks you again for your patience and I hope you enjoy the new grass/surface in park where I am sure you will all agree its looking fantastic at the moment!

This has been required by Casey Council as we look to formally hand over Hill Farm Park to Council as our maintenance period comes to an end. Works have already taken place and the dog park will be closed until mid to late August or as Counci...l Permits where the closure will allow the recently sown seed to established. 08.01.2022 Hello Residents, In response to recent questions on the Medical Center, Tavern etc. I hope the following update is helpful where I would also like to advise that these amenities are associated with the Blue Hills development and independent of Villawood. Update (as advised by Blue Hills);... - Kmart Tyre and Auto - scheduled to open in Nov 2017 - The Medical Center construction is about to commence with a targeted opening date of early 2018 - The Tavern is targeted for late 2019 where this is subject to finding an operator - Golf Course is still in the concept and design phase and construction commencement and opening dates are yet to be determined.
