Violence or aggression of any kind is not part of the job. An act you may consider 'insignificant' like eye-rolling, sneering, talking down to or raising your voice at our staff can have a major impact on their mental wellbeing. To you, it might be a one-off incident, but they might be treated like this every day. All patients, including unvaccinated patients, will still receive the care they need in the safest way possible.
