Its as simple as this: Coat the fries in some herbs, spices and a little oil and bake them in the oven. Top ingredients are absolutely crucial - grab some of our bomba rice (from the Calasparra region of Spain), our @laboqueria chorizo and some fresh stock and youll have a happy crowd. Follow the recipe in our bio - use this as the base recipe and feel free to change up the ingredients, just remember to cook the meat and set it aside before you do anything else. 13.01.2022 We have had some pretty amazing storms in and around #pittwater lately, so when we came across these photos by local photographer @risingsunphotographysydney, we knew we had to share them! 11.01.2022 Our new Think Pink ceramic range was made by local Scotland Island ceramicist Kim @crazyclay_ceramics. We spoke to Kim about the inspiration behind her beautiful works of art: "I started ceramics in high school and fell completely in love with it. I went on to study straight after school and then completed a Diploma in Visual Art (majoring in Ceramics) in 2016 (once my kids had grown up). I was selling work to friends and people started reaching out to me to design them... custom orders and so it just fell into a business from there. All my designs are completely unique and are my own original ideas. I came up with Think Pink as I wanted to create something pretty & feminine yet still functional. Its different to my other designs as they are more dramatic and earthy. There are tea bowls, espresso cups, small & large bowls available. I also designed some soft grey pieces to compliment the pink. Ceramics is my passion. It consumes every spare minute of my time and Im definitely happiest when Im in my studio on the island." 06.01.2022 Hello Friday!! Is this hot weather putting your get healthy new years resolution to the test?? Give this herby treat (fully loaded with healthy benefits) a try this afternoon - full recipe below Dont forget we do sodastream refills & were open all weekend! HERB INFUSED SPARKLING WATER... Ingredients: 1 litre SodaStream sparkling water For each glass: 2 Tbsp choice of fresh herbs (for example mint, rosemary, basil, lavender) Method: Add your desired combination of herbs to bottom of a drinking glass. Next press and twist the herbs with a muddler or the handle of a rolling pin to release their flavour. Add ice, then pour in sparkling water to the top. Stir gently to combine flavours. 03.01.2022 Dinner inspiration for what may well be the last summer day!! How about this refreshing crunchy miso cabbage salad with @goldenpigco dumplings: SALAD INGREDIENTS 1/4 Green Cabbage, shredded 1 Carrot, shredded... 150g Snow Peas, sliced 3 Tbsp roughly chopped fresh Mint or Coriander DRESSING INGREDIENTS 2 Tbsp Miso Paste (either white or red miso), diluted in a 4 Tbsp lukewarm water 2 Tbsp Tamari or Soy Sauce 2 Tbsp Raw Honey or Maple Syrup 3 Tbsp Olive Oil 2 tsp Sesame Oil Pinch of White Pepper 1 tsp toasted Sesame Seeds to sprinkle over salad (optional) METHOD Toss the prepared vegetables to mix together. Place dressing ingredients in a glass jar. Close the lid and shake the jar a few times so that dressing ingredients are evenly mixed. Drizzle a small amount of dressing to coat the salad mix, let it stand and marinate for 5-10mins. Pour the desired amount of the dressing over salad when ready to serve. Serve with Golden Pig & Co dumplings. See more
