20.01.2022 TRADING UNDER LEVEL 1 RESTRICTIONS whilst this is excellent news and a significant step toward normality, it does not yet mean we are back to business as usual. ... Level 1 Restrictions means we must continue to screen patients and only treat those who do not meet the epidemiological and clinical risk factors for COVID-19. It is critical that we remain vigilant in our application of Level 1 restrictions and ensure we continue keeping our teams and our patients safe. STAY TUNED, OUR TEAM WILL BE IN TOUCH

18.01.2022 Dear wonderful patients, The Australian Health Protection Principal Committee has advised all dental practices around Australia to implement Level 3 Restrictions, due to the escalating pandemic of the Coronavirus. This means that we are not even able to perform routine dental check-ups! Regrettably, Pascoe Vale Dental Group are, therefore, temporarily closing our doors indefinitely, from Tuesday, 31st March 2020.... All dental treatment will be deferred until further notice. We will contact our patients, who are in the middle of treatment, to discuss their options. If you do need to contact us, please do so via email: [email protected] as we will check our inbox regularly. However, for dental emergencies, please contact the practice phone number on (03) 9354 7111, as we are on call for acute dental emergencies or alternatively the Royal Dental Hospital of Melbourne on (03) 9341 1000. This on-going crisis has been extremely challenging for everyone. Our focus at this stage is to help flatten the curve and speed up the recovery phase. We hope that we will be able to get back up on our feet again in no time. In the meantime, we would like to extend our apology for needing to make this difficult decision. Our hearts go out to the entire global community. During this unprecedented time, we hope that we can all work together as one and give each other as much support and love as possible. Please remember that you, our patients, are part of our family. We are not leaving you in the dark, instead we are doing our best to play our role for the greater good. Thank you for understanding. Keep well, stay safe, and look after each other. Kind Regards, Pascoe Vale Dental Group 269-271 Gaffney Street Pascoe Vale Vic 3044 (03) 9354 7111 www.pvdg.com.au
