22.01.2022 Dear Members Due to COVID the Pascoe Vale Sports Club Board of Management has lodged an application with Consumer Affairs Victoria to request an extension of time to hold the Annual General Meeting. We are confident that the extension will be approved and will keep you updated regarding the actual date. At this point in time we are looking to hold the AGM mid February 2021. The official 28 day notification will be made available when the actual date is confirmed.... We would like to take this opportunity to thank for your patience and support. 22.01.2022 Matty Watson Leads the Way for 2021 I’m really excited to let the PVFC community know that Matty Watson has lead the way recommitting for 2021. Matty is such a quality person off the field and a pleasure to coach on the field. Obviously Matty provides us with a massive target deep forward but also has the aerobic ability to get up higher and even in the ruck from time to time when we structure up smaller in the forward line.... The whole 2019 group and new 2020 sign ups are super keen to have another crack at the pointy end of 2021 and Matty is a key to that. More announcements to come. Diggers

14.01.2022 PASCOE VALE SPORTS CLUB AGM 28 DAY NOTICE TO MEMBERS Dear Members,... The board wishes to inform you that this week we were notified by Consumer Affairs that the 2020 Annual General Meeting must be held before 31 December 2020. At the last AGM the financials were incorrectly presented as at 30 September whereas they should have been as at 30 June. Although the board intended to change the year end financial date from 30 June to 30 September, Consumer Affairs was not notified. We are currently working with our external auditor to bring the 2019 financials in line with 30 June 2019 so they can be lodged with Consumer Affairs. Please note we will be doing the following: The AGM will be held on Monday 21 December 2020 @ 7:30pm, however, the financials will not be presented. An extraordinary meeting will be held early 2021 where the completed financials will be presented. The board will vote and pass a motion to change the financial year end date to 30 September. Consumer Affairs will be notified of this change. In addition at this AGM, the board will put a motion to confirm new auditors going forward Once again, we would like to thank you for your support and patience at this time. If we have access to our rooms on the 21st, only 25 members will be allowed IN. 11.01.2022 The Pascoe Vale Football Club are pleased to announce the re-appointment of Grant Ogston as Senior Womens Coach for the 2021 season. Ogie is a premiership player for the Panthers and Ogie has a wealth of experience, having coached youth girls teams at the club and was assistant coach of the senior women’s team in 2019. 05.01.2022 Extraordinary Meeting (EOM) to be held instead of AGM Monday 21 December 2020 at 7:30pm Consumer Affairs have now advised us (contrary to their previous email) that our AGM has had our application for an extension approved and a new date has been provided that allows us to hold our AGM prior to 31 March 2021.... As 2020 has been an unprecedented year for Pascoe Vale Sports Club, the Board has been operating with limited position as the following positions were vacated in 2020. Vacant Board Positions Chairman (Caretaker Brian Campisi) Vice Chairman Secretary The EOM has now been arranged for 21 December 2020 at 7:30pm at Raeburn Reserve to discuss the Clubs vision for 2021 and beyond.
