25.01.2022 Eating a balanced diet is vital! Avoid high calorie-meals, saturated fat, refined carbohydrates such as white bread, white rice and sugars. For a well-adjusted diet ensure your meals contain protein, healthy fats and fibre. Hydration is essential, so keep up your water intake, aiming for 2L every day! Spice up your water jug with lemon, lime, cucumber and mint leaves!

20.01.2022 Let’s get physical! A few months back my hubby and I started walking together at 5am each morning around our property! We started with one lap and now are upto 15 laps equating to 5 kms. For us this is the perfect way to start the day, whilst all is fresh early in the morning! Regular exercise will boost your overall health, which in turn has a positive effect on liver function.
