And their intensity is greater than the measure of our own suffering. Have you felt this?... They can also belong to your ancestors, to their life experiences, traumas, illness, oppression, griefs and losses. This is especially true during awakening when we become more sensitive to these resonances. Did your ancestors immigrate? Or experience war, poverty, famine, politic unrest, slavery, genocide? 17.01.2022 WHAT IS KUNDALINI? I know, how to answer in a teeny tiny space... But before I bravely jump into sharing my wild psychic and Kundalini journey let’s jam a little on what Kundalini is. ... Ever so briefly friends beloved Kundalini is a sacred energy and consciousness, often called Shakti, that is stored at the base of your spine. We are ALL born with it. And I love Her. For most of us this mysterious energy remains dormant. But if you are reading this, likely it is at least a little bit or a lot active. It drives your spiritual evolution. And makes you a spiritual seeker. She is a loving, positive, intelligent power that propels you on a path of high-speed evolution. 17.01.2022 SO TINY AND ALREADY AWAKENING Here I am all curly locks and tiny. Even at this age, all those psychic gifts I honed in other life times of service and spiritual devotion simply flowed on through into this one. Likely your gifts have too my friends. ... And the progressed Kundalini travelled forwards too, active and waiting her big shake up of my unsuspecting life in twenty years time. Neither were challenging at this age, they just gave me an edge in understanding the complexity of what was happening around me. And likely saved me too. We so often speak about awakening as adults. 13.01.2022 BORN PYCHIC + WITH KUNDALIN ACTIVE Did Kundalini make me more psychic from birth? Absolutely. ... Did it help me see Buddha at seven years old? Likely. Here I am, older now on this journey I am sharing with you, shining love on my sweet little cousin. Being born with Kundalini already active, already on, means that any latent spiritual gifts I came in with would be rapidly switched on as I grew. It also meant that any gifts cultivated in past life would also come online early. Maybe yours did too. They were on. Regardless of my ability to manage them, or if anyone in my life could guide me. And so I saw and met Buddha at seven years of age, in a powerful vision while standing in a remote Aussie field. I travelled into the sky to join him and his Lamas. He was glowing, surrounded by his rainbow body light. We talked about my life choices, my destiny, my astrology chart and whether I had taken on too much in this life. As a dedicated and stubborn Aires I decided to stay the course of the immense suffering I had chosen to learn from. And master compassion. Buddha blessed my decision and I return to the field. 11.01.2022 HAPPY THANKSGIVING BELOVEDS! Sending you love around the globe, in honour of true thankfulness, community and heart connection. I spent a long time contemplating Thanksgiving while living in the USA. For me it was a complex day and I had to find my own relationship with it. ... Here is what I decided was most important: 1. Spending time with my precious "friend family" in my new country. Being an immigrant means your friend family is everything! 2. Making yummy, fun vegan food together to honour the gift of friendship. 3. Honouring the indigenous people, the elders, and ancestors of the land, telling their stories and sending them love, healing and respect. 4. To share spiritual community and offer healing. And best ever was to weave all these together and celebrate and heal all in one festive event. While I am not in the US for my first time in 6 years, I am celebrating, honouring ancestors in ceremony and standing in gratitude for this life, here in Down Under. And gratitude for you being here with me. How are you celebrating Thanks Giving?
