16.01.2022 Alright so update for our customers MK1 1.8T conversion Eurowise engine mount didnt fit, bought a mk1 1.6 engine mount and modified it to fit our AEB 1.8 Block ! Finished painting and freshing up the block and the gearbox ! ... Kept a metal finish on the VW stamp on the box to give it some contrast ! Shaved off extra tabs off the Rocker cover to give it a cleaner look, and sprayed it in red wrinkle paint. Ran into some issue with the finish of the wrinkle paint and I'm not happy with it how it came out, will have to start again to get the exact finish I'm looking for ! Clutch and flywheel are all bolted up The gearbox didn't come with any bellhousing bolts, so I went and bought some bolts from butsworth and modified the length to factory length to fit ! I'm sure I'm missing some stuff on what has been completed so far ! Hopefully will have some more updates over the next few days !!

03.01.2022 Meet our first customer for 2021 ! Dropped in for a 1.8T conversion ! Will be updating on the progression of this over the coming 2 weeks !

01.01.2022 Forgot to make an update post for the lil 1.8t mk1! Got the motor in about a week and half ago now, and its looking so good ! Our great Customer Alex came along and had a quick look to see where the car is at ! He is very happy with our work and expressed that when I pulled the cover off the car ! ... We also got the Eurowise Mk1 Driveshafts in, as well as a few other bits and pieces. We gifted a set of chrome Porsche door handles and a fuel pressure regulator for this first stage of the build ! We were also able to source some rear taillights and a lower strut brace ! Next up is an S3 Inlet manifold and the remaining bits and pieces before we start wiring in the Link ECU G4 Storm !! We have already discussed and planned routing for the wiring harness. We will be doing a tucked wiring harness to keep a clean look in the bay ! More updates to come soon ! Thank you everyone for the support as well, the page is starting to get more and more likes every post !
