24.01.2022 SPECIAL ATTENTION POST During this time, with the planet in pain and great economic struggle we at Passion Hair want to pass on our sympathies, LVE and support to everyone effected and are putting in place some protocols for our salon to comply with Government Restrictions. Also to give confidence to our clients that we are taking every precaution possible to continue on business and servicing the community as much possible. Our commitments to our clients start with;... SOCIAL DISTANCING as of this week we will not be taking any more than 4 clients in the salon at any time. This way we can space our clients in stations more than 1.5 meters apart STERILIZATION we have and always will have an extremely high level of cleanliness, disinfection and sterilization in our salon and we are committed to this not just in the coming months but for as long as we are professionals! All the time! So before, during and after your service with us we are continuing to keep our salon clean and sterilized hand sanitizer.... EVERYWHERE! we have removed any items that could assist in the spreading of germs such as magazines, iPads etc we encourage as many clients to pay with card over cash to stop money being handled SPECIAL REQUESTS for our higher at risk clientele, if you are concerned about being around people we are happy to offer one on one time with your stylist out of regular salon hours so you are more at ease! if you have any concerns or questions at all, or are worried about coming into the salon for any reason, please contact Amy on 4992 3939 or via the Facebook page so we can find solutions To some people having their hair done is a non- essential but to others it is a necessity. To our stylists and apprentices it’s their livelihood and love. 21.01.2022 SOME CLARITY FOR OUR CLIENTS In the past few weeks, as everyone’s lives have been turned upside and inside out, the girls here at Passion Hair have been trying our best to adapt to the changes and work with restrictions, while still being available to our beautiful, supportive and loving clients. We have now reached a point in our journey where we can now and hopefully will continue, to operate as per normal. Our trading hours will return to normal (added below), our se...rvices are exactly the same and we can offer them all to you We are still obeying social distancing and sterilization guidelines and so we will ask our clients to help us to continue to be operational by; 1: if wherever possible, can our clients please come to their appointments alone or only with necessary extra people. Our salon is a small one and we will need to keep an eye on the amount of bodies we have in at one time. Please understand that in any normal circumstance we love having you, your children, your partners, mother in laws, pet pigs... the whole family! But at this point in time we just don’t have the space to accommodate the extra bodies 2. Please be aware that we will be operating as usual, therefor there will be other stylists and clients In the salon during your appointments. If you are not comfortable with that idea please call ahead of time and talk to your stylist and we will see what we can do to accommodate your needs wherever possible. 3. And please keep our stylist and other clients in mind when making your appointments. If you have travelled away or been in close contact with people who have travelled or are feeling unwell, please postpone your appointment until you are well again or have forgone the 2 week waiting period. As always, we want to do hair, we love doing your hair and will continue to provide the highest level of service now and always. 18.01.2022 SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT POST As everyone is probably aware, the government released new restrictions for Hairdressing industry due to the COVID-19 outbreak. As it is, from midnight tonight we will be restricted to the amount of people and the amount of time those people can spend in the salon at one time. 30 minutes per client restricts us to doing men’s, ladies and kids cuts only. ... We will work long into the night tonight to get as many colour clients done before the restriction comes in. To all our clients we have booked in the coming weeks, we will be calling you throughout the day to offer you some options in regards to your appointment. Due to a recent increased volume of no show/ last minute cancellations we want to remind all of our clients about our cancellation policy. When you book an appointment, that appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. We understand that circumstances arise and that it’s not possible every time to give p...rior notice but wherever you are able please be courteous to us and our other clients by calling 24 hours 48 hours prior to your appointment to cancel if you cannot make it. When last minute cancellations occur it is very hard to fill that appointment time as we allow a grace period of 15 minutes for you just in case your running a bit late. We also send out a confirmation text message a day prior so if you think you can’t make it please cancel prior to the day. In the event of last minute cancellations and no show appointment a cancellation fee or a pre- appointment deposit may apply.
