Each session is dedicated to building skills in drama, art, film and writing. Bookings are essential. Please message us for more info and to put your name down

24.01.2022 Hello Passionis peeps We hope you are all looking after yourself and one another during this crazy time. Due to new restrictions some changes are necessary for the foreseeable future. We are excited to announce that we will be exploring online avenues to stay connected and creative during this time. All of our sessions will still be going ahead in some type of format online which we are looking forward to trialing with you all.... None of our sessions will be held in person until further notice in order to keep our community healthy and support our health care system in supporting us. 18.01.2022 Who remembers the name of this production? Comment below! Many areas of life have felt like theyve been put on hold lately. A small interval of the norm. Everyone has experienced this time differently. Some have been stuck at home, some have been stuck at work. Some havent had any drastic changes. But everyone has had to adapt in some way or another. As restrictions begin to lift we need to remember this doesnt mean that everything goes back to normal just yet. Lets be ...mindful of how we can continue to keep all members of our community safe and remember to be kind to all. As excited as we may be for restrictions to lift, many may be feeling anxious instead. Regardless, we cant wait to see all of our amazing Passionis members Today we were able to have ten members together in the Youth Hub! We look forward to the weeks ahead Stay safe everyone. 16.01.2022 No Drama this Sunday! Due to unforeseen circumstances we are canceling this weeks session, the 16th of August. We hope that our members will use this time to rest or rehearse Our leaders will be doing some behind the scenes work. Next week will be a slightly longer session, 2:30 to 4:30pm, to make up for some lost time. We hope you all have a fantastic week!

15.01.2022 Hello everybody My name is Belili and Im a Passionis leader. My main role this year is publicity, so Im usually the one behind the post on this platform! But today Im introducing something new to Passionis social media. Over the next few weeks well be sharing some videos from different leaders and members about what theyve been doing to keep themselves busy and creative while we havent been able to do many of our normal activities! Restrictions are starting to be lifted, which is super exciting But it still may be some time before we are able to be out and about with others in the same way we used to. Its still important to keep ourselves healthy and happy in lots of creatives ways while we ease into the new normal. We hope we can inspire some interesting ways of doing that! 14.01.2022 At our Sunday Drama sessions we have had many talented actors attend! We also have many talented creatives in various backstage roles and we are always excited to share and extend everyones skill sets as much as possible :D Last month we had a session dedicated to mini workshops in a few key backstage areas, with stations run by our leadership team and helpers. 08.01.2022 Youth Group Postponed! We are very excited to be bring you our latest group soon. We are pushing back our information night until the 26th of August however in order to spread the word and plan more fun activities! Heres an image from our past group P/ARTS (or Passionis Arts) which was a visual art group of ours that ran on a regular basis for two years and is now a workshop and event based group It is an example of the creative opportunity we aim to offer youth in our co...mmunity and the chance to collaborate with other artists and like minded people. Youth Group, for ages 12-15yrs will incorporate a mixture of visual art, acting, writing and more. Please spread the word if you know anyone who would be interested and put your name down now if you would like to reserve a spot!

04.01.2022 Over the past week our sessions have been making the transition to online catchups! We are grateful for the tools and technology to be able to stay connected during this time. And even more grateful for the willingness of our members to continue meeting in this new format and learn new things together as a team. Thank you so much to West Coast Youth & Community Support for your ongoing support and assistance with the technology side of things Last Sunday a few members rehe...arsed a sketch we are working on, on Tuesday our Write Club members worked in and shared some creative writing and our Film Group watched and critiqued a film together! It is amazing to see our community grow and adapt despite current challenges. We would not exist if it were not for the generosity of everyone involved, giving their time and talents to our creative and community endeavours. We are committed to providing free opportunities to regional creatives and we thank our volunteers for making this possible

02.01.2022 2020... what a crazy year it has been. So many adaptations, challenges and changes. Passionis has had lots of adjustments to make and many not by choice. Something new is coming however.
