Did you know we offer windscreen wiper blades replacement? Here are a few ways to tell if your wiper blades need replacing. * You have streaks left on your windscreen -Generally, the rubber has worn out and it has split and cracked. An easy way to check this is to lift both wiper blades up and check the rubber. If they ...have split and cracked, they will need replacing as soon as possible. * Wiper blades that are skipping Wipers that ‘skip’ are probably suffering from lack of use, which means you are lucky enough to live somewhere mostly warm and dry! It could be you notice this happening just after summer when you have not needed to use them as much. Either way, your wipers can become out of shape from constant heating and cooling, which causes this ‘skipping’. Parking your car under a shelter or using a car cover in particularly hot weather can help to combat this. If you are noticing this problem when the rain picks up, it is time to get them changed. *Squeaking wiper blades - Some noise from your wiper blades *Smearing over the windscreen. -It’s often hard to distinguish whether your wipers are streaking, skipping or smearing, but generally smearing is caused from either worn blades, a dirty windscreen or poor-quality washer fluid.
