People familiar with chef/owner Carmine Costantini will know that he sources some of his produce from his farm at Yea. For some years he ran Osteria La Passione on the site before relaunching the more casual Pasta Adagio. It is featured in Truth, Love & Clean Cutlery which will be released on November 1.
