Firstly we immensely appreciate your ongoing support throughout the COVID-19 situation & are certainly missing you. ... we also thank you for all your kind messages With restrictions set to ease in different stages we understand that you will be requiring updates on what will be happening here at Pasta Di Porto. In the coming weeks we will be undertaking some structural changes in our store in order to serve you all in the safest ...way possible with minimal risks for all of us... these will take time & careful planning. It would also not be financially viable for us to fully operate all aspects of our business while the restaurants which we passionately supply are presently functioning only at a minimal capacity & some not at all for now. We will provide you with updates along this journey. In the meantime you can continue to order our products with most of them being available/or a pre order of a few days required on some lines. We are so grateful for the uplifting support you all continue to give us as we have adapted to a new & safe way of serving you at our Anna Bay retail shopfront. As most of you know, we are a small boutique family business who are extremely passionate about the ongoing consistency & quality of each of our p...roducts. It is humbling that you appreciate how hard our little team must work to ensure that our freezers are well stocked and that the increased restaurant demands are always met, especially as the festive season draws near. So we know you will understand that DECEMBER 8th will be the cut off date to place your Christmas orders for LASAGNES, CANNELLONI & COTOLETTA. We have been overwhelmed with responses & enquiries from our amazing loyal customers wishing to continue supporting us as the COVID-19 crisis continues. While the decision to close indefinitely due to our high volume of customers in a small space was not an easy one, we do appreciate that you all understand that this has been in the best interest of all, with many of us having compromised health issu...es, family included. It has certainly been a different learning & working experience managing a pay over the phone contactless service and for the now we are offering the following service. You can contact me on 0414482004 to place an order,subject to availability as we presently have some shortages of our high quality supplies/ freshest produce. We are also experiencing some call dropouts as many of you are aware. Please leave a message or you can text your enquiry if this occurs & I will get back to you as soon as is possible. If you place an order, we will arrange pay over the phone & then a designated time for you to pick up your products in a box placed outside our store door which will be contactless for safety purposes. We do hope you understand that home deliveries are proving difficult with only the two of us mostly working & producing, arranging orders etc, etc. However we may review this service further down the track & do apologies for any misunderstandings Our goal is to stay in touch even though we will chat in person once this crisis passes & still provide you with a service... we hope you understand that we cannot respond to door knocking as this totally defeats the purpose of our temporary closure & social distancing rules. 07.01.2022 Dear loyal & valued customers. Due to the new restrictions placed on cafes, we will make amendments to our trading hours & services as from Monday 23rd March. Coffees & like beverages will be take away only from the hours of ... 5:30am to12pm Tuesday to Friday 6:00am to 11am Saturday & Monday 6:30am to 10:30am Sunday No reusable cups will be accepted in accordance with our strict hygiene practices & health guidelines. Our retail side for take away products will close at 1:30pm Tuesday to Friday 1:00pm Saturday 12:00pm Sunday & Monday. We ask you to strictly refrain from entering our premises if you have even the slightest symptoms of cold or flu in the best interest of our customers, staff & ourselves. 02.01.2022 Dearest loyal customers & friends. As the Covid-19 Pandemic restrictions continue to ease, here is our latest update from Pasta Di Porto regarding our reopening. Our business is a little more complex than some & so due to this, many procedures need to be adhered to in accordance with the NSW Government Health Guidelines....we need to fully ensure they are all in place before we return to full trading. The focus & core of our unique little family business is to continue cre...ating multi awarded products of the highest possible standard which you may purchase for enjoyment in the comfort of your own home or in the many restaurants which have them featured on their menu. We also have our little cafe side plus the people who just like to pop in & see what we are about. This means that we would generally have a high volume of varied customers, plus chefs coming in store to pick up products or delivery people at any one given time in a very small space. As a result of this and the social distancing rules which may be with us for quite a while, we will need to restructure & change the way we trade. Our utmost priority is the safety of our variety of customers, staff & ourselves. This is of course due the current crisis of COVID-19 which we pray will end sooner rather than later by all of us doing our part. We must put the safety and health of our customers, staff, family & ourselves as a priority with many of us having compromised health issues. ... This decision has not come lightly & we know that you will understand. Many of us in small family businesses are sadly facing similar difficult challenges at this time. On a positive note, we will be offering a contact free home delivery service of our MULTI AWARDED PRODUCT RANGE.
