25.01.2022 Ok who is missing their football involvement? How about offering some assistance with our under 16s. As you know we have had no 18s for a couple of years. Some involvement from the seniors could just be the encouragement these boys need to stay with the Mighty Fish. A bit of investment in these boys now would benefit the club in the long run. A few role models from our club would go a long way to keeping these boys around next year. Whatever 2021 throws at us.

23.01.2022 Don’t forget the meeting tomorrow night at the at the club. Be great to see a good turn out.

21.01.2022 The Past Brothers Rugby League Club is deeply saddened by news of the passing of Life Member R.M. " Mick" Ford on Sunday after a short illness at 90 years of age. Mick was a foundation player in our Third Grade team in 1947. He was also of our inaugural Premiership winning A grade side of 1953 and again in 1955. After a distinguished playing career he served as a committee member and Club President for many years and was awarded Life Membership in 1966. After his official duties with the club finished Mick could be found on any weekend in the sports club enjoying a beer , a bet and a yarn with his mates and still supporting Brothers. We offer our sincere condolences to his wife Margaret and all his family

20.01.2022 After a year of disappointment on our clubs Rugby League Journey, its time to focus on our future direction without forgetting our past and where we have come from. We are starting the process of updating our Strategic Plan. This should be a prediction of where we want to be as as a club in 5, 10, or 15 years. This will include our Mission Statement and our Vision Statements. These plans are vital for our club to help with planning, obtaining grants for field upgrades, player... develpoment and training for coaches, volunteers and Sponsors. Who without we are nothing. To start the process we are including every one involved in any part of our club to contribute their thoughts and any ideas. The quicker this is done the more beneficial it will be to get grants written and presented. If anyone has any experience or knowledge in this area or is intrested in sports admin and would like to be involved we would love you to put your hand up to assist. Everyone involved in our club knows what a great club we are, lets get the word out to rest of the Rugby League World how being part the Brothers Family is a rewarding experience. If you want contribute just comment below email, PM or write ideas down and hand them in at office There's Brothers then there's others Up the Fish See more

06.01.2022 Well seasons fast approaching and teams are taking shape. This years apparel as arrived and looking good. At a meeting tonight (Weds 11th) it was decided to make club gear available to pick up. As it was last year no gear will be handed out until some payment towards sign on fee as been made. $60 needs to be paid before anything is handed out, thats 3 weeks until season starts. The rest of the fees MUST be paid be by the end of the first round of the competition. Thats June 1st. Non payment of these fees will result in players not been allowed to take the field. These fees help the club to fulfill our financial commitments for the year. Up the Fish
