24.01.2022 This is a post from NSW Liberal Politician Craig Kelly concerning the new Draconian Covid Bill in Victoria FYI xxx Pastor Paul WAKE UP - NO THIS IS NOT A DREAM The Victorian Labor government has introduced a bill to parliament that coupled with other measures is one of the most egregious attacks on civil liberties seen in war or peacetime. ... The Bill would allow people to be detained indefinitely and give sweeping powers to untrained people to become authorised officers with sweeping powers to arrest and detain fellow Victorians. Called the COVID-19 Omnibus (Emergency Measures) Amendment Bill, it overrides all other laws and legislation with the exception of the Charter of Human Rights (which the government ignores as it is not binding), the State Constitution Act 1975 and the laws created by the Bill itself. The Bill confers and extraordinary power to the Secretary of the Department of Health to appoint public servants as authorised officers with the same powers as police. However worse than that is a provision which allows the secretary to appoint any of the following as an authorised officer: [A] person the Secretary considers appropriate for appointment based on the person’s skills, attributes, experience or otherwise This will expand the persons who may be appointed as authorised officers. It is intended to include additional public sector employees from Victoria as well as such employees from other Australian jurisdictions, and individuals with a connection to particular communities to ensure that certain activities, such as contact tracing, can be conducted in a culturally safe manner. This sweeping power means the Secretary could appoint anyone as an authorised office; a member of the ADF who already patrols Melbourne streets with police or even a member of the Hell’s Angels. The Bill is mute on the specifics of who could be appointed. The Secretary has been given carte blanche to appoint anyone who has the skills, attributes, experience or otherwise. The word otherwise so broad and non-specific it gives rise to real concerns about who the Secretary could or would appoint. Critically there is no mention in the Bill of what sort of training these authorised officers would be given or the equipment they would be issued with. If you thought the hotel quarantine scheme was a fiasco image the damage and drama that could be wrought by this proposal. The Bill also provides that an authorised officer may be assisted by any person in exercising a public health risk power under an authorisation given by the Chief Health Officer.

Quick question this article claims he was reported missing very quickly ( within hours of his walk ) and how do the police determine there is no foul play when they haven’t found him yet ? 15.01.2022 To all my friends and supporters re my matters in the courts could you all please send me your love and support in prayer and your thoughts tomorrow from 10.15a...m for a few hours. Tomorrow I have my Court of Appeal Hearing where I will be before three judges arguing to keep two senior public officers as named defendants on my malicious prosecution , the director of public prosecutions and the then secretary of FACS and now secretary of communities and justice. I will be arguing for this and the right to a jury of 4 people. And Dr Andrew and I are also waiting on the decision due any day on the outcome of our constitutional argument (concerning the right to freedom of speech) against section 105 of the child protection act Nsw , if this is upheld section 105 would be removed from legislation enabling parents in nsw to speak of their children removed by the State and this would remove the legislation whereby even to mention children lovingly becomes a possible two year indictable offence. Legislation that prevents expressions of love by parents is far too wide and contrary to the best interests of children. It is fear that binds and love that sets us free. 14.01.2022 Watching the Lindy Chamberlain story and reflecting how Patrick, Russell and Ariel’s case is so similar. Nothing has changed or been learnt. Police and prosecu...tors are still withholding evidence. Police have intentionally lied in affidavits, and perjured themselves in the courtroom. They’re still sticking to their story, calling them child abductors, a criminal gang kidnapping children. What these beautiful people did shouldn’t have happened because it is the job of the government to protect children that are victims of sexual abuse when the government has sent children to live with paedophiles. The similarities in failing to provide ALL evidence including evidence that is beneficial to the other party is the big one and justice cannot be served when those required to present ALL evidence do not. Decisions cannot be made in the interest of justice and the public cannot maintain confidence in a government that breaks its own rules. Especially when we’re talking about the livelihood of some very good people. The requirement of the prosecution to provide all evidence, without tampering with it, is written into our legislation. So when these rules are disregarded, those who disregard them should be punished. Aa for destroying evidence, as they did in Lindy’s case, well the Australian Federal Police haven’t quite done that. Instead they have removed the evidence all parties had and denied providing them a copy - which is required by law (s3N). This inevitably circumvents Patrick, Russell and Ariel from using their evidence as part of their defence. The Federal Police have intimidated and threatened the boys legal team, on top of leaving two pensioners without any legal assistance at all. They have also taken a prominent doctor’s ability to obtain adequate an defense team by having the medical board yank his license. Meanwhile the Butcher of Bega was still practising and brutalising women a decade after it was known of his horrific abuse perpetrated against women. The grandparents have lost absolute trust in everybody, and a system that purports justice and ethics and that promotes it’s concern for children. In fact, we have recently come to understand that undercover officers portrayed themselves as journalists to illicit information from Patrick and others. It appears that these cops put in a good effort to appear as decent journalists looking to print the truth about this case - which would actually be a first for all the mainstream lackeys. It’s shameful that they refuse to put the same effort into listening to and investigating the children’s disclosures of persistent sex abuse which incidentally, was almost 40 times to over a dozen mandatory reporters. And the children were still disclosing after the mother had lost custody and the kids were then forced to live with the man they described in detail and the disgusting acts perpetrated upon them. They’ve spent so much of the taxpayers money trying to create Australia’s biggest brief of evidence, and they know implicitly, that what they are doing is downright wrong. Not only is it wrong, it’s also criminal. Concealing evidence, tampering with evidence, failure to protect children from sex abuse after being informed of the sexual abuse. Lying to judges. Stealing every parties evidence so that they cannot put together a proper defence. Misrepresentation of the facts. Saying one party is charged with four or five offences, to buff the case up and make it look like something it’s not,when in fact this person was only charged with one offence. Misrepresentation of bail conditions, stating that the defence is not allowed to threaten, stalk or harass a huge list of people, whom are the co-defendants friends - bar the two paedophiles (obviously). Doing this to make out the defendant is a serial pest at minimum and or violent also. Lying and intimidating people, saying they may be called as a witness, when they know this is a lie, to stop this person providing the expertise they know the co-defendants not only need but are entitled to, in order to beat these bullshit trumped up charges. The situation in QLD is unbelievable I get calls from parents every week that are heartbroken and completely decimated some having as many as 6 of their children removed at once ( they are known to target families through church groups, lots of children ) and these parents often have no idea why their children have even been taken. 03.01.2022 How exciting my bargain Genuine Antique Celtic Shillelagh arrived today the perfect ministerial gift to protect against draconian legislation that overrides our... constitution rights our common law rights and our inalienable God given rights. According to both God and section 116 of our constitution I have the right to pray with others and according to sections 418 to 422 of the NSW Crimes Act I have the right to self defence. I don’t like the rubbish I have been seeing in Victoria and in my view it has absolutely nothing to do with protecting the public from a highly infectious cold that is just an all out lie, the place to test these laws is in the Courts of course but in the meantime I intend to teach you all about your rights. In NSW read the Law Enforcement Powers And Responsibilities Act ( LEPRA Act ) start with section 11, there are many good policeman that don’t like what is happening as much as us and at this time providing you know your rights with the Police you won’t have any problems in NSW. Unfortunately in Victoria they are about four weeks away from legislation unlike anything Australia has ever witnessed and much of the population is completely ignorant of what is happening. In my view only imbeciles would condone these kind of draconian acts and I am thankful to have culled any people in my life that think this behaviour by these people purporting to be police is in any way justified. Once upon a time being a policeman was a respected job now sadly I would... be suggesting as many as possible seek alternative employment as they are now fast becoming nothing more than goons inciting violence and I am concerned that Australians will only tolerate so much of this toxic abuse before people start to really crack, the signs are already self evident as the country is plunged into depression and fear. 02.01.2022 Ok, so they have found this Judge dead now even though the media reported they did not suspect foul play but they still cannot confirm its is him so clearly this man must have died in such a way as to not be easily identified, I shudder to think how that can occur. Before this all happened he was reported as being appalling in his behaviour in court and severely reprimanded and I have spoken with one person who experienced it directly, a grandmother wrongly accused of stealing her own grandchild for which she had lawful custody. That criminal matter still continues. I wonder if any media will report openly about what has transpired.
