This week's gourmet sausages included;... Spinach, Feta and Pine nuts and Worcestershire and Cracked black pepper sausages. 04.01.2022 The end of another very busy week, In total we processed 4 steers and 20 lambs Our final job was for a regular customer and we had the pleasure of working in an old shearing shed. This shed was over 100 years old, if only the walls could speak
