25.01.2022 There is a beautiful cottage garden in there somewhere. We've been called in to renovate this cottage garden and bring it back to its glorious state. Not a problem! There are roses, brachysomes, salvias among others, it just need a little TLC. Watch this space!

25.01.2022 This raised garden bed is a big feature in this small Halls Head garden. But there was just too much going on and overall it needed a lift. Our planting design got the clients onboard. The yuccas had to go, the agaves and frangipanis were reused and new plants were added to complete the new look. We love the result and so did the clients.

16.01.2022 Lawn has its uses. But on this particular verge, lawn just isn't useful enough. We removed the lawn and replaced it with Lotus berthelotii, a favorite of the garden owner, alongside a variety of kangaroo paws, pigface cuttings from the neighbour, Grevillea crithmifolia and Acacia lasiocarpa. 2 years on, these plants are thriving and the plant diversity helps a myriad of bugs, birds and soil life.

11.01.2022 Grass trees are such an iconic Aussie plant. One of my clients is lucky enough to have over 20 mature ones in his garden. They are stunning left the way they are but they do take on a whole new personality with their black stems out. Reminds me of Grug - the kid's book character Do you like them with their skirt on or off?
