18.01.2022 Progress of Primary School Registration We have received some additional questions from the School Registration Board more than six months after the submission of our application as they finalise their approval. They have requested Expressions of Interest forms for all families interested in enrolling for 2020. Expressions of Interest are non-binding. If you are even considering enrolling in Patersonia for 2020 and have not yet done so, we need you to complete an expression o...f interest form this week. This is for students in Prep to Grade 6. This is not required for Kindergarten students. Please message, email [email protected] or call Nicole on 0413 122 086 to make sure you don't miss out on the unique opportunity to be part of our first year. February is not far away and hopefully neither is our registration approval.

17.01.2022 With school going back this week it has reminded me that I have never made a post about the outcome of our school registration for 2020. Unfortunately we weren't successful. The main reasons for that are quite complicated but in the end it comes down to buildings - a problem that can most likely only be solved with money. We are still in the process of applying for registration and have deferred until 2021 but in order to open in 2021 we need to find another location. We w...ere very lucky to find the building in Legana (and generous landlords in Legana Christian Church) as it was a very low cost option for our small not for profit. We are not aware of any other option around, let alone one that is affordable for us and most likely need to find a wealthy benefactor or two if we are to continue. We will be having some meetings and brainstorming alternatives over the coming months if anyone wants to be involved please feel welcome to get in contact. See more

We are unable to go ahead with our Primary School as we announced in January and we haven't been able to change that over 2020. As the founder of Patersonia I haven't given up my quest to create an organisation that is contributing to the community so I am now opening a new business that is more in line with my professional background.
