23.01.2022 Dinner with our fresh herbs - stunning. Overall, it was a week in progress. To celebrate Chinese New Year, we started off the year of the Monkey with friends & a Peking Duck (& many other dishes provided by friends). It followed with Duck soup midweek (with a touch of Japanese, we used Udon noodles). Finally we ended the week in Thailand with Green Duck curry (& red beef curry)

20.01.2022 Merry Christmas to all my followers. Today is a chance to try out a new pate, smoked salmon, marscapone & tarragon! Yummo, can't wait to sit & try it properly (licking the spoon doesn't count!!)
