Do you want to be a part of a Team to make a difference in the life of young people? We are currently looking for a Case Worker to be based in our Coffs Harbor Office. The successful applicant will be responsible for achieving the best possible outcomes for Children and Young People placed in the Pathways Program of Pathfinders. They will be required to undertake a broad range of tasks in order to ensure the Office of the Children’s Guardian OoHS standards. 22.01.2022 Position Vacant Out Of Home Care Team Leader Armidale (Full time - 38 hours a week) Do you want to be a part of a Team to make a difference in the life of young people?... We are currently looking for a Team Leader for our OoHC Program, based in Armidale. The successful applicant will need to have demonstrated experience in team management as they will be required develop and maintain a team of direct care staff to deliver Out of Home Care (OOHC) services in a residential setting to Children and Young People in Care. The Team Leader Residential Unit will ensure the provision of a safe, nurturing and home-like environment for Children and Young People in residence. This Program provides a safe and nurturing environment for young people ranging in ages from 12 18 years and in need of alternative accommodation. It is also a requirement to have the knowledge and understanding of the issues that affect Aboriginal communities, societies and cultures in NSW. 08.01.2022 POSITION VACANT Casual Direct Care Workers - Armidale Do you want to be a part of a Team to make a difference in the life of young people?... Can you connect and relate to young people? Do you have a strong work ethic? Pathfinders’ Pathways Out of Home Care Program provides a safe and nurturing environment for young people ranging in ages from 12 18 years and in need of alternative accommodation due to being unable to live with their parents or foster carers. We are currently looking for casual Direct Care Workers to assist in the residential care of these young people. You will be required to work shift work including sleepovers and hours will be on an as needed basis. We are currently looking for a Family Referral Worker to be based in our Kempsey on a Fixed Term Contract up to 31 December 2020. The successful applicant will need to have demonstrated experience to be able to provide a comprehensive referral service which will assist families and young people in accessing service providers in their local area. The successful applicant will be required to work as part of a team with local community organisations to develop coordinated services and referral pathways to best meet the needs of vulnerable families, their children and young people.
