20.01.2022 The COVID Chronicles is a 20 minute film produced by Mixed Nuts Media for Moonee Valley City Council. The film was produced by Susan Armstrong, Andrea McGrath, and Peter Lane. Mixed Nuts Media is a video production unit run by and for people with a lived experience of mental illness. The film tells the stories of people with a disability over the lockdown period in Melbourne. It celebrates the strength and resilience of people with a disability. There have been so many posi...tive outcomes from this project which insures that the voices of people with disability are heard. The New Year will see us implement many exciting new tools that will assist us in making all of our participants NDIS journey as fulfilling as possible. Pathways to Care Office Hours: Our office will remain open for... phone enquiries on all days between December 24th and Monday January 4th, except the Public Holidays (Friday 25th December, Monday 28th December and Friday 1st January) Intake Team: During this time the Intake team will monitor and respond to all emails sent to [email protected] Plan Management Team: The team will continue to process invoices during this time (with reduced staff). We ask for your patience please during this time as your invoices and enquiries may take a little longer to attend to. The Plan Management team is very excited to let you know that we will be updating our customer management software in the New Year, and will have a new participant portal and fantastic new features to enable us to help you manage you funding even better. We'll have more information for you on this in January. Support Coordination Team: Our team will not be available from Wednesday 23rd December, and will be returning Monday January 4th. Your Support Coordinator will have made contact with you already and provided you with a list of helpful contacts that you may require during this time.
