17.01.2022 This strawbale house at Bywong in New South Wales sits on a hill with views back towards Canberra and Mt Tennant. The strawbale walls combined with internal brickwork for thermal mass provide good energy efficiency. The strawbale walls have been rendered inside and out with clay and painted with a lime based paint.
