23.01.2022 I’ve been genuinely touched and inspired by the number of people who have given their time to meet me over the last 11,128kms. The conversation in Gympie tonight was focused on the defeat of neo-liberalism. No joke. What a great bunch.#ThisIsLabor #Pat4Senate

20.01.2022 Back to where it all began! I was born in Maryborough in 1980. It was a pleasure to get back and catch up with an amazing bunch of Labor members at the RSL. Bruce Saunders and the team in Maryborough are a great example of what a dedicated, principled, grass-roots Labor team can achieve. #ThisIsLabor #Pat4Senate

19.01.2022 If elected to the Senate I will vote to allow the Territories to decide their own euthanasia laws.

17.01.2022 I’m in the Labor Party because we’re the party for everyone. It doesn’t matter if you vote Labor or you don’t, if you live in the city or the bush, if you’re well off or struggling to make ends meet. We’re strong because of the richness of our voices. In many regional and remote areas, those Labor voices have disappeared. Politics is at its best when it focuses on policy, amplifies the voices of the forgotten and empowers people. Thanks to everyone who came to have a chat with me in Maroochydore. Together, we can make our voices heard. #ThisIsLabor #Pat4Senate

14.01.2022 Every Australian child, and I mean EVERY child deserves to have the quality of equation that I got as a student at Frenchville State School and North Rocky High. Having driven 11,000 km around QLD, from Goondiwindi to Longreach, Mount Isa to Bamaga, Cooktown to Childers, I’ve seen that we’re falling short. Our children deserve better. I’m running to be a voice and champion for our kids’ future. #ThisIsLabor #Pat4Senate

14.01.2022 A great catchup in Rocky. Labour hire is a huge issue out here. When labor hire companies are making huge profits off workers, but failing to provide entitlements like sick leave and holiday pay, it’s time to change the rules. Thanks to everyone who took the time to catchup with me at The Red Lion. #ThisIsLabor #Pat4Senate

14.01.2022 This is Moira. She’s been a member of the Labor Party since 1962. Bloody legend. #ThisIsLabor #Pat4Senate

13.01.2022 A beautiful night in Hervey Bay. If you’re around, I’ll be a Houlihan’s Irish Bar from 12-2pm tomorrow.

11.01.2022 A real pleasure to catchup with Labor members in Childers at the Royal Hotel and hear our new federal candidate, former teacher and local champion Richard Pascoe speak. Given the silence and inaction of LNP members in the bush, people in regional and remote Queensland need a voice. #ThisIsLabor #Pat4Senate

10.01.2022 If you're in Rocky, I'll be at the 'Change the Rules' launch tonight at the Giddy Goat. Come down and get active!

02.01.2022 At the ‘Change the Rules’ launch in Rockhampton.

01.01.2022 After the Senate rejected the NT and ACT’s request to pass euthenasia laws, which included a no-vote from 7 Labor senators, I was asked my thoughts. Simply, I support assisted dying and support the right of the territories to decide their own laws, just like the states. Had I been in the senate, the 36-34 no vote would have been a split 35-35 vote. Thanks to Moya, Mark, Brenda and Kevin who caught up with me in Bundaberg this afternoon. #ThisIsLabor #Pat4Senate
