22.01.2022 Weekly meditation sessions, Monday evenings 5 6 pm., One Heart Yoga at the Abbotsford Convent (by donation). Ancient wisdom and modern science tell us that meditation is good for us, with benefits including a greater sense of acceptance and peacefulness, reduction of stress, and even reshaping of the brain. It’s also easier to do it in the company of others. So come along and join us if you can. The sessions are a combination of sitting and walking meditation, with some guidance given and space for clarification and questions.
