Pattemore Constructions are seeking a highly motivated and competent individual to join our Projects Team. Working 8am-4pm Monday-Friday from our Head Office in McMinns Lagoon the successful applicant will be required to assist the Projects Team in a variety of administrative task including but not limited to: - Preparation of Tender Submissions - Preparation and Administration of Project, Quality, Safety and Environmental Management Plans and Systems - Preparation of Handover Documentation including Operation & Maintenance Manuals - Records Management - Facilitate Employee and Contractor Inductions - Other various Project and Office Administrative task. Excellent written and spoken English language skills are essential as is a proficiency in MS Word and Excel. While previous experience in Construction and/or Project Administration would be beneficial it is not essential. While direction will be provided for this position the successful applicant must be willing and able to work independently, completing tasks as assigned in a timely manner without constant supervision. Due to client requirement applicants must be an Australian citizen and able to pass a comprehensive 10 year background check undertaken by the Australian Government Security Vetting Agency (Baseline Clearance).
