20.01.2022 Good Morning Wynnum. At the old Pattersons Produce site in Tingal Rd. We still have some products left. This Saturday the 7th we will be open to sell everything that's left at half price. Garden insecticides, fungicides, pesticides and some fertilizer. Dog collars, leads,toys,veterinary products,shampoo, pet bedding all at half price. Fish and aquarium products, frozen food,half price. At 234 Tingal Rd. From 8am to 12pm. CASH ONLY

17.01.2022 Seed Potatoes are in stock. Potatoes are one of the most versatile vegetables around. Great fried, mashed, baked and even in soups. Easily grown they make an excellent addition to any veggie patch.

11.01.2022 Why did the chicken cross the road? To get to Pattersons Produce, of course. After 45 years of serving the Wynnum Manly community (and beyond) it is time for the chickens to cross a different road as Pattersons Produce closes its doors on 30 June 2019. Pattersons Produce has been trading in Wynnum since 1925. Mal and Laurima Rabe purchased the business in 1975 and relocated it to their property at 234 Tingal Rd, Wynnum the site of the old Win-em Soft Drinks factory (run b...y Mal and Laurima from 1954 to 1975). Laurima, now 91 and very much still a spring chicken, is looking to hang up the keys. Peter, Laurima’s son, was diagnosed with cancer in 2015 and after multiple operations and rounds of treatment has decided it is time to slow down and put his feet up. Given our long history and passion for the local Wynnum Manly community, this has not been an easy decision for the family to reach and 30 June 2019 will be a very sad day for all. Peter, Laurima and the team at Pattersons (including our beloved Henry, the cockatoo) would like to thank all of our loyal customers and suppliers. It has been a pleasure serving our local community over the last 45 years (and the 20 years before that with Win-em Soft Drinks) and we will miss you all very much. We hope to see you in the shop before we close our doors or on the streets of our community. We would love you to share your stories of Pattersons with us.
