14.01.2022 The thought came to me one night that these paintings were not of different faces/people , they were of the one spirit that reveals itself in different forms. This spirit represents the female, and is often hidden. I called it The Spirit of SHE. Although She is hidden, she is there everywhere. She is both vulnerable and invincible. She reveals herself and evokes thoughts / ideas then fades off again. When I revisit the image I have created, I clearly feel the original ‘thought’ that came with the picture. When one starts to recognise her she becomes more obvious. She probably represents all female energy, perhaps the versions I see reflect a part of me? ( Do you also see Spirit faces? Do they reflect a part of you?) 'Thoughts of She' Oh! She thought, I am here, I am beautiful.. I am Me! I have titled this one, 'I am ME'
