I always go a little extra on my kids cakes simply because I like to experiment with them. This cakes middle tier was chocolate cake layered with chocolate brownie and raspberry buttercream, while the other 2 tiers were vanilla sponge cake. 13.01.2022 Random fact; A while ago I decided I wasn't going to do fondant covered cakes anymore. For me it was one of the most frustrating techniques to master without faults and I would actually get nervous. It only lasted a week until I accepted the fact that I'll only get better with practice, so I kept going. Covering cakes in fondant still presents it challenges at times, but I love creating them. With practice comes experience and with experience comes better results.... I'm so happy with everything about this wiggles cake. 6" white chocolate mudcake with raspberry buttercream filling. All handmade fondant decorations.
