10.02.2022 Wow, what a year; packed full of some soaring ups, some equally heavy downs and a LOT of lessons learned! Like many people emerging from the events of the past 18 months, I've felt the need for a bit of a refresh and so, I have made the decision to evolve Patton'd Studios into something new. There are several reasons for the change, but perhaps the most significant is that the past 5 years - and nearly 400 projects - have shown me the potential for design and creative process...es to contribute to the inception of new innovations and technologies in a greater capacity than what I feel is possible under the Patton'd brand. So I welcome you to continue the Patton'd journey with me in this exciting new venture: "Miscible. Like Patton'd Studios, Miscible will operate as a creative solutions hub that transforms "the complex" into compelling content. But going beyond visuals, my vision for Miscible is to use that content to drive innovation and emerging technologies forward. In the spirit of "miscibility," we'll be combining different skills to communicate science and technology in creative ways. I'm especially excited to be including more data-led activities to inform what and how we create and ensure we're producing more than nice-looking media - we're curating content solutions that can work for organisations. We've seen the benefits of this approach many times before on Patton'd projects - saving time, ongoing costs, reducing prototype iterations and attracting more opportunities for those in science and tech. Miscible will also include product design, custom software development and expand on capabilities to assist with investor packages so we can support researchers, start-ups and SME's throughout the entire journey to market! But more on those later!
