07.01.2022 Last Friday I participated in the Wild Women On Top 30km #Coastrek with a team of close friends to raise money for Beyond Blue. As a busy mum to a toddler and a business owner building back up post maternity leave & Covid-19, the experience was absolutely soul-cup filling. We trained weekly out in nature, diving deep into conversations & reconnecting with each other. There is plenty in life to test our resilience, strength and courage.... I don't need to list these examples...... we've all been living it! I'm so grateful to have a truly supportive group of gals to pull me up when I am down. Working with #smallbusiness owners, I constantly hear "I'm sorry, this has turned into a counselling session!" Unfortunately some don't have a support network or are too "busy" to connect.
