21.01.2022 Facts about pH level - Stomach acid is approx pH 1.5. No foods or drinks can get lower than that to effect the pH level for a long period of time. E.g. meat, water, etc. Blood pH level stays 7.35 - 7.45, which regulate our body. What you eat, goes into stomach acid and has nothing to do with blood pH level. Eating more meat or fruits will not make your Body pH level more acidic nor alkaline. Skin pH level is approx 4.5 - 5.5. Higher than this will allow yeast and bacteria to invade. If your skin is constantly rinsing by water or medium that is about pH 7 or above, skin flora will get affected and create skin condition(s), e.g. Dermatitis.
