The original design is by a US cookier titled Miss Doughmestic and it uses a princess-in-a-ball-gown cookie cutter, which you adapt to a mermaid-sitting-on-a-rock! Genius! And especially useful when your cookie might be in situations where her very fragile cookie tail could snap in a kid’s lolly bag!
