25.01.2022 Hi, just wanted to say a big thank you to everyone who joined the election journey with Ipswich and Lockyer Greens. We have had mixed fortunes at the ballot box, particularly where single issue parties like Legalise Cannabis or Animal Justice have diluted our progressive push. The ALP has gained strength from a general Covid effect that has masked the major issues we have been active on such as waste management in the dumps and shutting down fossil fuel addiction. However th...e Greens overall have held our first seat, gained from the LNP last time and now have taken an inner city ALP stronghold. Locally, we have grown as a branch with dynamic campaigning and fantastic support from you our supporters. Thanks again to everyone who was active on the campaign, enjoy a break and know that Ipswich and Lockyer Greens will be gearing up to fight for our community at our next meeting later this week. See more

25.01.2022 Ipswich Greens stand for people power! Great to meet voters who want change in our politics. They know we wont take Corporate money and have policies to revitalise our community. Today we will see the ballot draw, but what ever happens it will be Greens No. 1 for Ipswich, Ipswich West, Lockyer and Bundamba.... Raven Wolf - Greens for Ipswich West, Danielle Mutton - Greens for Bundamba

24.01.2022 The LNP have no moral compass when it comes to Property Developers. Our LNP affiliated Ipswich Mayor has created a vehicle for Property Developers to engage in the electoral process when Ipswich is crying out for a fresh start, and integrity. The Ipswich Leaders Alliance is a front for developers and business interests. The Ipswich Greens have called out these shady practices and absolutely rejects property developers having a say in our election.... It seems the CCC needs to raise its game. What will it take for the LNP in Queensland to change their ways?

24.01.2022 The hallmark of Greens campaigning is grass roots action, not Corporate funded attack ads. Come and join Dani, and our campaign crew out and about in the Bundamba electorate tomorrow morning. We have a fantastic policy platform, and have a great time getting the message out. Look forward to seeing you there.

23.01.2022 It's time to call Labor out...... Taking coal money, waste money and cash for access. If you want a change VOTE for a Green in parliament. We will stop the incinerator, we will stop Adani and when you vote for us, you send a strong message that Ipswich has had enough of lazy and corrupt politics.

23.01.2022 Who do you trust to take action to protect your community. For the Greens it is not about the money. Health, spirits lifted, trust, humanity a future for all of us.

21.01.2022 Have you kept your steps up this week? Do you need to get a bit of fresh air at the weekend, and connect with people who care about our community? Well I have the perfect event for you.....the Ipswich branch of the Greens is letterboxing this weekend. No stress, good company and working for world peace!!!... Come down to Browns Park on Saturday and join the crew.

17.01.2022 Election Day and the Ipswich and Lockyer Green Team out in force......give us a wave if you are around town. A Future for All of Us!

15.01.2022 Campaigning days are different...even though I work in the Community service sector, the feeling you get from teaming up with people motivated only by improving the lot of their fellow people is special. Our supporters reminded us that people want our positive message about jobs, transport, housing, health before we attack our big party colleagues for their record. They reminded us that First Nations concerns are our concerns and we need to provide access and inclusion for th...eir story. They reminded us that science and evidence are too important to be overrun by Corporate donations. They reminded us that words and small acts of kindness really matter... so at the end of a marvelous day a reminder that it is not too late to get involved. Head to the Qld Greens website and volunteer or text me on 0411 323 484 if you want to take back Ipswich.

15.01.2022 The Ipswich Greens are seeing a surge in support, and that in turn is turning into votes. Note the branch banner in the picture, a real connection to our branch elders and our founding principles. A future for all of us!

12.01.2022 If you liked Pat Walsh for Mayor of Ipswich, you are going to love Pat Walsh for Ipswich in the State election next month. The Greens platform takes from mining billionaires and funds jobs, housing, transport, health and education and we will deliver because we refuse Corporate money - unlike ALP and LNP. If you want to hear more or get involved in the campaign register for our launch event tomorrow night, where you will also get to meet Senator Larissa Waters. Register now to avoid disappointment.

10.01.2022 When we hear the old parties pork barrelling each night on the news it is easy to think politics is only about money. It is not. It is about living fuller and better lives and supporting each other. Check out our plan to create a Future for All of Us and look out for me at prepoll this afternoon, or out and about around Ipswich tomorrow.

08.01.2022 It is always a great day when you can spend time with Larissa Waters a champion of social justice for all Queenslanders. But yesterday Greens across Ipswich and Lockyer had that pleasure when Larissa came to town to attend our launch event and to meet people in some of the grassroots campaigns we support. A massive day for Danielle Mutton - Greens for Bundamba, Navdeep Singh - Greens for Jordan, and Raven Wolf - Greens for Ipswich West who like me are driven to advocate for a better Ipswich and a Future for All of Us!

05.01.2022 The Qld Greens have a positive plan for an inclusive and affordable Queensland. Hope you are all having a good weekend, and if you want sport and a future for all of us, put Greens 1 on election day.

05.01.2022 The Greens have a solid plan to help Ipswich through Covid and into recovery. Ground breaking initiatives to kickstart Qld manufacturing in renewables and Green steel production; a massive social housing programme that will provide homes for all and sustainable work; increases in health and education to fund more nurses and teachers; and free transport with an investment in fast rail for Ipswich. We don't take money from Corporates so you can be sure mining billionaires, developers and the banks will be made to pay their fair share.

02.01.2022 Too many kids are being locked out of club sports because of crippling costs, the Greens want to turn that around and support the clubs that have been a mainstay of Ipswich community life. Great for our kids, great for our community!

01.01.2022 I was proud to support Raven Wolf - Greens for Ipswich West at the Walloon Markets this morning. There were lots of interested folk curious about our policies and glad to hear we intend to make public transport free and public! There were residents concerned about wildlife struggling with the urban sprawl, who need assistance to get their local politicians acting in their best interests. ..........and there was a great crew of Greens sharing stories and putting the world to rights, thanks Robyn, Tony and John.
