17.01.2022 I have just returned from an amazing couple of weeks Chiang Mai, Thailand where I was lucky enough to study Traditional Thai Yoga Massage. A group of 7 Aussies from Massage and Myotherapy Australia all achieved our Diploma in Level 1 & 2 Traditional Thai Massage. A wonderful experience in a very old and interesting city.

11.01.2022 Traditional Thai Yoga Massage is based around the Sen Sib theory of 10 major energy paths that carry our Prana, or Life Force throughout the the body. If these energy paths become obstructed or blocked, discomfort or illness can occur. When applied properly Thai Massage helps immensely in removing blockages in the Sen Sib, restoring balance to the Body, Mind and Spirit. I now offer Traditional Thai Massage at my clinic at Willyaroo, near Strathalbyn . A complete Thai Massage will take approx 1.5 to 2 hours.
