25.01.2022 The windows at the Szent Istvan church had fallen into a terrible condition. These windows and the entire Catholic Church were originally designed & built by Hungarian volunteers at the Hungarian community centre. The Parishioners told me a Hungarian furniture maker came to Victoria staying in a garage for weeks hand making the windows. Big thanks to the Hungarian Catholic community for their great hospitality to myself and the glaziers from Ace Leadlight Studio. Wantirna, Melbourne

11.01.2022 Loved working on this job and seeing the transformation. I replaced the old countertops to solid Victorian ash with a shellac finish. Painting the cabinetry and replacing all the hardware and appliances really achieved a finish comparable to a completely new kitchen. A new kitchen doesnt always require a second mortgage!

09.01.2022 Found this lovely internal water feature when installing some new doors this week. Make sure you have your box gutters checked and if you see cracking plaster or damaged skirting boards please do not ignore it!

07.01.2022 A couple new sliding doors for the Windsor renovation I made from scratch and installed this week. All Tasmanian Oak timber using Traditional mortise and tenon joinery Kerf insulation seals... & Glazed with extra safe laminated clear glass. The old windows were thin and made with the lowest quality imported timber and in a terrible condition because of the careless design. Many sliding doors have tracks that trap all the rainwater causing it to rot away rapidly even if it is painted
