25.01.2022 Whilst we are restricting appointments due to the Covid - 19 virus, this does not affect our ability to keep up with the latest developments in Optometry. Kelly enjoying an online lecture tonight in Myopia (short sightedness).

21.01.2022 One consequence of Coronavirus restrictions is a large amount of screen time for both adults and kids! ABC news quoted a 58% increase. It is important to remember after 20 minutes of screen time, look at something in the distance for 20 seconds. This can help with symptoms of eye strain.

07.01.2022 We are thrilled to add a new machine to our practice, a topographer which measures corneal astigmatism and also aids in complicated contact lens fittings. A huge thank you to Susie for driving to Sydney to collect it! Nice to see it wearing its own seat belt in the car - precious cargo!
