It is important to remember after 20 minutes of screen time, look at something in the distance for 20 seconds. This can help with symptoms of eye strain.

16.01.2022 Don't forget about Transition lenses for kids glasses! They double as sunglasses and provide excellent glare protection. They even work well on the beach!

16.01.2022 How gusty is that wind? Westerly winds will exacerbate symptoms of dry eye, causing feelings of sandiness, grittiness and excess tears. If persists, book an appointment with either Susie or Kelly.

15.01.2022 Why social distancing is important......., I really like this as an explanation.

08.01.2022 Something nice to have come out of the Covid 19 situation, is the ability to do our Professional development lectures online. Much nicer to be at home in a comfy chair on a cold night to hear about a new Multifocal Contact Lens to the market.

07.01.2022 We are thrilled to add a new machine to our practice, a topographer which measures corneal astigmatism and also aids in complicated contact lens fittings. A huge thank you to Susie for driving to Sydney to collect it! Nice to see it wearing its own seat belt in the car - precious cargo!
