11.01.2022 Buildings 1 & 2 (30 apartments) of 4 buildings to be built at 10 Timor Ave, Loganlea nearing completion. With a low price point demanding price sensitive design, it is nice to see a variety of materials and detailing being delivered, providing for a contrasting palette and diverse textures. Too often we see all the detail disappear, leaving only the paint colour to do all the work.

08.01.2022 Structural analysis for a very unique covered space for a statue of Mary Immaculate we call the Hand of God, designed by PZA, engineering by Westera Partners. The shelter represents a sheltering hand covering Mary from the elements. With only 2 supporting walls, the engineering is critical.

The road upgrades to Yawalpa Rd are complete and earthworks on the massive building pads and retaining walls are well under way. 53,000 sqm of proposed floor space!
