25.01.2022 Flights and accommodation now all booked for SMSF Association Conference 2020. Looking forward to this one :)

24.01.2022 This is a harsh proposed change. I have had a number of clients who have moved temporarily overseas who keep their home for a few years before selling because they want a home to come back to if the move does not become permanent.

20.01.2022 Couldn't agree more...

12.01.2022 Today Paul spoke at a seminar presented by COTA and the ACT Retirement Village Residents Association on the topic of "Preparing to Leave an Independent Living A...rrangement". Two things we learned today: 1. There is a lot of desire for more information on aged care choices; and 2. Paul walks around a lot when he talks

09.01.2022 And our next big announcement! Kellin started Artisan Law three years ago as a mobile service providing tailored estate planning. Since that time Artisan Law ha...s grown in leaps and bounds. Around two years ago, after the need arose from clients, we started providing in-office appointments at a sister firm in Deakin. We also started providing conveyancing which has been hugely successful. Now, along with our new office space in the city, new name and logo, we add another member to the team. Paul Salinas has joined Kellin as a director of Artisan Legal. Paul brings 18 years of experience as a practicing solicitor, specialising in Estate Planning and superannuation. He is a nationally recognised expert in superannuation, particularly when it comes to splitting superannuation under the Family Law Act and has delivered papers at national conferences. He brings his unique set of skills and experience to the Artisan team and we are excited by what this means for our ability to continue to develop and grow our services. Over the next few weeks, we will post more information about these changes and what they mean for you. But, despite all these exciting changes, one thing will always remain the same we will continue to provide high quality tailored advice and service to meet your unique individual needs.

02.01.2022 As always the devil is in the detail (and the detail is in the deed). Read the deed. Read the deed. Read the deed.
