22.01.2022 We are 21 years old! We opened in Surrey Hills in 1997 and have helped countless people recover from injuries and return to health since then. We have also kept many strong and feeling good through our popular Pilates classes. Im sure this has prevented many injuries too! We have enjoyed being an important part of the local community with all the special relationships formed and look forward to many more years ahead Thank you for your support and good wishes Paula and the team
