12.01.2022 Even my workouts are interrupted by flashes and visions. I've come to the conclusion that I do lose time! I do my workouts(rarely) using a #HIIT timer. I found myself coming out of a pleasant vision but missing almost a whole round of exercise! 11.01.2022 Today I nurtured little old me by treating myself to a Cacao ceremony in the capable hands of Leisa Kelly( I cant seem to tag you) If this is something you haven't tried yet...I highly recommend it. The cacao itself was not as bitter as I was expecting and tasted like a strong hot cocoa. I was taken deep into a world of gratitude through meditation, shamanism, drumming, crystals, cacao and music. Invoking spirit animals and dipping into realm after realm.... Wow! 01.01.2022 Today I wandered around my garden and picked a few herbs and flowers. I do this now and then and put them together with kitchen string. Sometimes I will find a feather or a bone that I will incorporate. The beauty is I never know what I will find. I put intention into the arrangement as a I wrap it. Always love and sometimes protection. I hang it somewhere, sometimes in plan sight other times tucked away. The process is quick and it helps ground and centre me. I feel as though I have woven something magical to hold my family closer and house together.
