12.01.2022 My Why ? What is my story than made me discover the healing benefits of Essential Oils ? I grew up thinking if you have pain, you took a tablet to take the pain away. Not realising I was doing more damage to my body, I wasn't managing symptoms versus addressing root cause of my pain. Essential oils was for hippies and walking passed the smelly incense parts of shops made my sinus flare up. ... Late 2014, I'd lost 60kg, was attending the gym X 5 time a week, studying and loving life as it was great, in my new body. Got sick so went to Dr who ran tests and discover I had Rheumatoid Arthritis. Feeling like an old lady, I was refereed to Rheumatologist for treatment. Learning that I have an over active immune system, my body believes I have bacteria in its joints, so it kills the joint tissue and break down cartilage. I need weekly low dose CHEMO treatment to re-align my immune system, so to not overwork. Funny thing is putting a TOXIC chemical into my body has many side effects and left me very sick and scared for my future. It was a Yoga instructor who first introduced me to essential oils, she had a diffuser in the class and it helped me relax for the 1h class and later felt my flexibility improve and stress dampen. It was not doTERRA ! I got the written information and did my own research and found the natural health benefits to help my with side effects and strength my bodies resistance to infections weekly. DoTerra's company values sold me and after following my up line managers online for a while "SISTERMIXER'S" I believe I was aligning myself with 2 amazing ladies, who knew the products and could give me the tools to help start a business.
