25.01.2022 Only 97 of the 1056 crew members of the Ruby Princess have been tested for #Covid19 since the ship arrived in Port Kembla. These crew deserve compassion, dignit...y and most of all health care. SHARE to support the call to TEST ALL THE CREW. International Transport Workers' Federation South Coast Labour Council

22.01.2022 BREAKING: CAPTAIN OF RUBY PRINCESS MAYBE COVID POSITIVE. Can this get any worse? Now they tell us on the Front Page of the Australian that the Captain himself m...aybe infected but the Government still wants to sail this ship! Stop this madness now - get the crew off this ship, treat them and let them go home. #Enough International Transport Workers' Federation Maritime Union of Australia - MUA

19.01.2022 Again we are calling on Australian PM and NSW Premier to do the right thing for stranded seafarers from 50 nations that are in Australia's care. Join us in ca...lling on them to address the health and humanitarian crisis on board the #RubyPrincess. It's time to test the crew and treat them with the dignity and respect that all workers, all seafarers, deserve. #WeAreITF #COVID19 See more

15.01.2022 Test all crew of the Ruby Princess now! Locking crew away in their cabins is a denial of basic human rights. Every crew member should be tested noting how bad the situation aboard the ship has been. Well said Jodi McKay MP and Mich-Elle Myers

14.01.2022 It is good to see that the Yarra Bay Cruise Terminal has been put on the back-burner. It would be better to scrap the idea altogether. It is not wanted. It is not needed. It was always a bad idea. ---...Continue reading

11.01.2022 BREAKING: More than 40% of Ruby Princess Crew Tested Yesterday are Positive for Covid 19. The Government is Still Refusing to Test the Remaining Thousand. This ...is What Criminal Negligence Looks Like. Test Them All, Care for the Sick and Lets Hold those Responsible to Account for this Public Health Disaster. #Uniontown #Testthemall

07.01.2022 A message to the crew of the Ruby Princess this Easter. Given the news that 44 out of 88 so far have COVID-19, we urge NSW to test everyone aboard. You deserve our care - please take care.

03.01.2022 Please sign and share this. The crew of the Ruby Princess are workers and are entitled to be treated with dignity and not continuously exposed to COVID-19. Test the workers. Treat them and send them home. It is inhumane to keep them locked aboard this ship like prisoners.

03.01.2022 The Premier’s wage freeze is more insidious than meets the eye. For the average nurse battling COVID-19 today, they would lose over $60,000 over 20 years. That’s the thanks that you’re receiving for putting your lives and families on the line during this pandemic.

02.01.2022 "We've been told all along by the government that Aspen have been brought onto the ship to provide medical care to the crew and now we find that's not the case.... We also find out from NSW Health that they're not responsible - "Where does that leave 1100 people? It leaves them completely bloody high and dry." ITF National Coordinator Dean Summers International Transport Workers' Federation Maritime Union of Australia - MUA
