03.01.2022 Hi guys, apologies for being a bit absent on the biltong front. Since my accident, I was forced to change a few processes which led to a bit of a restructure. I've still been doing smaller batches, mainly to see how these new processes work out as well as testing my ability in the kitchen since my finger tip reconstruction.
