17.01.2022 Hi, If you are newly engaged or just planning a wedding and have popped onto my FB page - Congratulations and thank you - I wish you and your fianc all the very best in the lead up to your big day. I would like to start by saying that I am dead-set passionate about making Ceremonies great. This is not just limited to the words I write that we say but also the tone, atmosphere and the vibe that we create. (Yeah its the vibe!) When I work with my couples I always include ... Everything a Celebrant should (All legal paperwork, written ceremony, rehearsal if needed, PA system etc.) A pain free process I do all the leg work, we just meet up along the way. As a Celebrant its my job to take care of everything Ceremony related - just to make sure that you can focus on what is important to you both and your families. A ceremony that is absolutely true to you and something you both will remember (as will your guests) The odd joke and laugh Because life is meant to be enjoyed Just to fill you in, I became a celebrant for a few reasons but the major ones were: 1. Having worked in the hospitality industry as an event and function manager I have been involved with a great number of weddings. To see and feel the overwhelming joy that my clients experience and to delivery an event that exceeded all expectations is something that gives me unbridled gratification and satisfaction. This feeling is a real drug to me and I am hooked! 2. I was sick of going to weddings that always just felt the same, no matter who the celebrant was or the couple, it felt like if I had been to one wedding I had seen them all. These are the 2 main reason that drive my desire to be a Celebrant and to exceed expectations in the product that I deliver on the most special of days. December 9th 2017 is now the day that is being nominated as the day that Notice of Intention to Marry (NOIM) can be completed and signed - thats TOMORROW! 10.01.2022 Deakin Waterfront Caf "Western Beach Room" is without doubt one of the hidden treasures of Geelong. A fabulous room with the best view in town! It was the perfect venue for Chris and Gerries wedding yesterday and all family and friends who were there will not forget it in a hurry - it was a great day!. I was truly honoured to not only be their guest but also be their celebrant
